Our bike fits

The right Bike Fit will help you get so much more out of cycling. Whatever your cycling goals a bike fit will improve your comfort and efficiency. For racers the right fit means you can go faster for longer. If you prefer a more leisurely pace the right fit will give you more comfort and enjoyment of cycling, it will also prevent the stresses and strains on your body that can be caused by having the wrong set-up. You may have an injury or physical disability, if so our specialist Bike Fit team will optimise your set-up to help you get the most out of cycling.

Bike Fits will help you get you comfortable on the bike you already own or your new stead. You should never feel uncomfortable on your bike even if you’re new to cycling or haven’t ridden in a while, it’s only going up big hills or fast that might hurt a little. Shoe & Cleat Set-up – £40

Foot Analysis (sizing and support requirements)
Shoe sizing is critical for ride comfort and performance. We analyse your feet in terms of length, wide, and arch. Many issues with feet (numbness, pain, or tingling) are related to the foot/shoe compatibility.

Cleat positioning & knee tracking analysis
Cleat positioning on the shoe is integral to efficient and injury free pedalling. The aim is to position the foot in the most stable position on the pedal (relative to the findings from the foot analysis and knee tracking)

Saddle Assessment & Fit – £40

Using a combination branded sizing tools (including Selle Italia ID Match, Prologo My Own, Fizik Spine Concept, & Trek Precision Fit) we will find, fit, and position a saddle to suit you and your riding. We assess your saddle width requirement based on sit-bone distance and riding postion. We also take into account your range of motion and pelvis rotation potential, which is a key factor in saddle pressure. From these measures, we can narrow down the choice of suitable saddles. This service allows you to sit on and test a fitted saddle in our fitting room (your bike on our turbo trainer).
